At Trinity Gift Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
